Itinerary

Day 1:
Gaborone - Nxai Pan National Park

Welcome to Botswana! Upon arrival in Gaborone, you’ll take a scenic charter flight or drive to Nxai Pan National Park, a stunning expanse of white salt flats, towering Baobab trees, and seasonal migrations of zebras and wildebeests. Afternoon Game Drive: Experience the unique desert-adapted wildlife, including cheetahs, springboks, oryx, and the iconic black-maned lions. Enjoy a sundowner at Baines’ Baobabs, a picturesque cluster of ancient trees.

Day 2:
Nxai Pan Exploration

Morning Safari & Departure: Enjoy a final game drive in Nxai Pan before heading to Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, one of Africa’s most remote and pristine wilderness areas. This vast semi-arid region is famed for its sand dunes, acacia woodlands, and impressive predator populations. Afternoon Game Drive: Spot Kalahari black-maned lions, leopards, hyenas, and meerkats roaming the red sand dunes and dry riverbeds.

Day 3:
Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park

Morning & Afternoon Game Drives: Explore the untamed wilderness of Kgalagadi, home to a diverse array of predators, raptors, and desert-adapted herbivores. Witness cheetahs sprinting across the open plains and huge herds of gemsbok and eland moving through the dunes. Sundowner at the Dune Lookout: Capture mesmerizing sunset views over the vast desert.

Day 4:
Moremi Game Reserve

Scenic Flight/Drive to Moremi: Depart Kgalagadi and travel to Moremi Game Reserve, one of Africa’s richest wildlife havens, located in the Okavango Delta. This transition from desert landscapes to lush floodplains is truly remarkable. Afternoon Boat Safari: Experience Moremi from the water, gliding through reed-lined channels in search of elephants, hippos, and crocodiles.

Day 5:
Moremi Game Reserve

Day 6:
Sunrise Safari and Departure
