Venture into an unforgettable 10-day safari adventure through Namibia’s most spectacular landscapes. This journey takes you from the rugged and mysterious Skeleton Coast to the towering dunes of the Namib Desert, the ancient rock formations of Damaraland, the pristine shores of Walvis Bay, and the wildlife-rich plains of Etosha National Park. Day 1:
Arrival in Windhoek

Your adventure begins in Windhoek, Namibia’s capital. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your lodge. Spend the day exploring the city’s key landmarks, such as the Christuskirche, Independence Avenue, and the Namibia Craft Centre. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with Namibian cuisine.

Day 2:
Windhoek - Sossusvlei

Depart Windhoek and journey south to Namib-Naukluft National Park, home to the iconic Sossusvlei dunes. Along the way, pass through scenic desert landscapes and stop at Solitaire, a remote outpost famous for its delicious apple pie. Check into your lodge near Sesriem and enjoy an evening at leisure.

Day 3:
Sossusvlei and Deadvlei

Wake up before sunrise and head to Sossusvlei, where the towering red dunes create a magical landscape. Climb Dune 45 for panoramic desert views and visit Deadvlei, a surreal white clay pan with ancient, skeletal trees. Later, explore Sesriem Canyon, carved by the Tsauchab River over millions of years.

Day 4:
Sossusvlei - Swakopmund

Travel through the Namib Desert, passing through breathtaking scenery before reaching the Atlantic Coast. Stop at Walvis Bay for a marine safari, where you can see dolphins, flamingos, and seals. Continue to Swakopmund, a charming coastal town with a mix of German architecture and African culture. Enjoy an evening exploring the town’s seaside promenade.

Day 5:
Swakopmund - Skeleton Coast

Depart Swakopmund and travel along the Skeleton Coast, known for its shipwrecks and rugged beauty. Stop at Cape Cross Seal Reserve, home to thousands of Cape fur seals. Journey inland to Damaraland, a land of ancient rock formations, dramatic landscapes, and desert-adapted wildlife. Visit Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its prehistoric rock engravings.

Day 6:
Damaraland

Spend the day exploring Damaraland, one of Namibia’s most geologically fascinating regions. Track the rare desert-adapted elephants, visit the Burnt Mountain and Organ Pipes, and learn about the traditions of the Himba people.

Day 7-8:
Damaraland - Etosha National Park

Depart Damaraland and head towards Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s top safari destinations. Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy a game drive, spotting elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos, and large herds of zebras and antelopes. In the evening, relax at your lodge near a floodlit waterhole, where you can watch nocturnal wildlife activity.

Day 8:
Safari in Etosha

Embark on a full-day safari, exploring the diverse landscapes of Etosha National Park. Visit various waterholes teeming with wildlife and the shimmering Etosha Pan, a vast salt flat that attracts migratory birds like flamingos.

Day 9:
Etosha - Windhoek

Enjoy a final morning game drive before departing for Windhoek. En route, stop at Okahandja Craft Market, a great place to buy handmade souvenirs.

Day 10:
Departure from Windhoek

After breakfast, transfer to Hosea Kutako International Airport for your flight home, marking the end of your incredible 10-day Namibian safari adventure.
