Itinerary

Day 1:
Windhoek - Sossusvlei

Your adventure begins in Windhoek, Namibia’s capital, where you will be met by your guide and set off on a scenic drive to Sossusvlei, home to the iconic red dunes of the Namib Desert. Along the way, marvel at the ever-changing landscapes, from rocky outcrops to vast desert expanses. Arriving in the afternoon, settle into your lodge and enjoy a sunset excursion to the towering Dune 45, where the golden hues of the sand contrast beautifully with the deep blue sky.

Accommodation: Overnight stay at Sossusvlei Lodge or similar.

Day 2:
Sossusvlei and Deadvlei

Rise early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over Sossusvlei, an experience that will leave you breathless. Visit Deadvlei, a striking clay pan dotted with ancient camel thorn trees, creating a surreal landscape. Explore Sesriem Canyon, carved by centuries of erosion, before heading towards the coastal town of Swakopmund. En route, pass through the Namib-Naukluft National Park, where you might spot springboks, oryx, and other desert-adapted wildlife. Arrive in Swakopmund in the late afternoon and unwind with a leisurely stroll along the Atlantic coastline.

Accommodation: Overnight stay at The Strand Hotel or similar.

Day 3:
Etosha National Park

After an early breakfast, set off towards Etosha National Park, Namibia’s premier wildlife destination. Arriving by midday, embark on an afternoon game drive, traversing the vast savannah in search of elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and the famous white rhinos. Stop at the Etosha Pan, a shimmering salt flat that attracts thousands of flamingos in the wet season. Enjoy a sundowner at a waterhole, watching as wildlife gathers for an evening drink. After an exhilarating day, retire to Okaukuejo Camp or a similar lodge within the park for an overnight stay.

Day 4:
Morning Safari & Departure

Wake up to the sounds of the wild and enjoy a final early morning game drive as the sun rises over Etosha. Capture last-minute sightings of Africa’s most iconic wildlife before heading back to Windhoek, where your incredible Namibian safari adventure comes to an end.
