Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrival in Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya! Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our safari director will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi. Take the rest of the day to relax, acclimate, and prepare for your adventure. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the city at leisure.

Day 2:
Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

After a delightful breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its stunning pink flamingos and diverse wildlife. Arrive in time for check-in and lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive where you will encounter rhinos, giraffes, lions, and numerous bird species. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and its surrounding escarpments. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:
Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

Start the day with an early morning game drive, capturing the golden sunrise and spotting more wildlife. After breakfast, check out and depart for Lake Naivasha, a serene freshwater lake in the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy a relaxing lunch. In the afternoon, take an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can observe hippos, diverse birdlife, and perhaps visit Crescent Island for a walking safari. Spend the evening at leisure, enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Day 4:
Lake Naivasha - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and the last two remaining northern white rhinos. Arrive in time for lunch and a brief relaxation. In the afternoon, set off on a thrilling game drive, where you will also visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Enjoy the scenic landscapes and diverse wildlife before returning to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5:
Full Day at Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Today is dedicated to exploring Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Begin with an early morning game drive to spot elusive predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Return to the camp for breakfast, followed by a mid-morning visit to the rhino conservation area. Spend the afternoon on another game drive or opt for additional activities like a guided bush walk or a night game drive. Enjoy dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.

Day 6:
Ol Pejeta - Lake Naivasha

Enjoy a final early morning game drive at Ol Pejeta before heading back to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, check in to your lodge and relax. Spend the afternoon at leisure, enjoying optional activities such as nature walks, cycling in Hell’s Gate National Park, or a second boat ride.

Day 7:
Lake Naivasha - Nairobi

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for an afternoon visit to attractions such as the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage or the Giraffe Centre. Spend your last evening in Nairobi, relaxing and reflecting on your safari adventure.

Day 8:
Departure

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to Kenya with unforgettable memories of your 8-day safari adventure.
